Daycare Toddler Teacher

About the role

Little Sprouts – Stratham is seeking a Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly
• Assist with daily activities including feeding, diapering, and playtime
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Valid Massachusetts Child Care Worker Certification
• Experience working with toddlers preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with children and adults
