Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and education for children in a licensed childcare center setting.
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Adapt to individual needs and learning styles of each child.
- Collaborate with parents and other staff to ensure the well-being and growth of children.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff.
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and empathy towards children and their families.
