Daycare Teacher - Montessori Unlimited, Kensington Park Dr.

About the role

We’re hiring difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners in an authentic Montessori early-education setting. With mixed-age classrooms and carefully curated Montessori materials, you’ll guide young learners to develop as innovative thinkers, good citizens, and capable leaders.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

Pay

Teacher pay range: $20.11–$20.89 per hour, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
