As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child, maintain a fun and interactive classroom, and develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children while communicating effectively with families.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
• Develop skills to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Passion for working with children.
• Energetic and dependable.

Pay

Compensation range of $14.74–$15.31 per hour, based on position, education, and experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday work week.
