Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with children and families, maintaining documentation and portfolios to update parents on progress.
• Organize learning centers, deliver activities, and create lesson plans tailored to individual children's developmental needs.
• Promote social and emotional growth through positive guidance, modeling respect, responsibility, and recognizing individual differences.
• Build strong team relationships, adhere to licensing standards, and support a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience working with young children.
• CPR certification preferred.
