A to Z Building Blocks in Eagle Mountain is hiring dependable teachers for our Twos and Preschool classrooms. We are looking for team members who genuinely enjoy working with children, want to be part of a supportive team, and are looking for a long-term opportunity where they can grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Support children's learning through play, activities, and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Help children develop social, emotional, and academic skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Participate in team meetings and training opportunities
Requirements

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well with children, families, and team members
- Comfortable being active throughout the day
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Child care, preschool, or daycare experience preferred
- Experience working with Twos, Preschool, or School Age children preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Food Handler Permit, or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to complete required child care training

Schedule
Full-time position
Monday through Friday
Scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM
Consistent weekly hours
