Daycare State Pre-K Assistant Teacher - Childtime, Business Center Dr.

About the role

As a State Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you will instruct 4-year-olds based on the needs of each child and the requirements of the program. We seek change makers who are curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

In this role, you will:

• Follow all licensing guidelines, company standards, and grant program requirements to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool, and development topics.
• Implement curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or an active CDA in Preschool.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of Florida’s required background screening.
