Daycare Lead Teacher - La Petite Academy, Challenger Way

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and build sincere relationships with families to support each child’s achievement and your center’s success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences
• Mentor fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Ensure compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Pay

Lead Teacher pay range: $20.61–$21.41 per hour, based on position, education, and experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
