Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
- Effectively communicate with families
- Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics
- Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
- Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units, including at least 3 units related to Infants and Toddlers
- Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
- Must be at least 18 years old
Pay
Lead Teacher: $21.07–$21.89 per hour. Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, closing shift until 6pm.
