Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool, and development topics
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units
• Ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training
• At least 18 years old

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Lead Teacher pay range: $21.51-$23.91. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
