Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with your team to implement engaging, play-based activities that grow language, motor, and sensory skills.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.
- Monitor developmental milestones and communicate progress with families through daily reports and parent conferences.
- Document learning and milestones; celebrate progress.
- Maintain compliance with Goddard, state licensing, and NAEYC standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in early childhood education center or daycare setting.
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in infant care.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
- A warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to developing young minds.
