Daycare Center Team Lead - Children's Courtyard, Metric Blvd.
About the Role

As a Team Lead, you will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and spend at least 50% of your weekly schedule on classroom instruction.
You will also build relationships with families, mentor new hires and fellow teachers, and take on leadership duties such as opening and closing the school in the Director or Assistant Director’s absence. This role ensures the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children through classroom instruction (at least 50% of weekly schedule).
- Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
- Communicate and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.
- Mentor new hires and fellow teachers, creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
- Assume duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
- Ensure daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Engage in physical activity with children, both indoors and outdoors.
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- College credits toward an Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA (preferred).
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- At least 18 years of age.

Pay
Team Lead: $18.57–$19.28 per hour (based on position, education, and experience).
Schedule
Monday through Friday work week.
