Responsibilities
- Carefully follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the safety and well-being of each child in your classroom.
- Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's needs, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Engage in extensive training to deepen understanding of child care, preschool, and developmental topics.
- Create engaging, interactive learning experiences using our proprietary curriculum.
Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
- The ability to meet state and center requirements for education and qualifications.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and interact with children in various settings.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Passionate about early childhood education.
- Energetic and dependable personality.
