Responsibilities

• Carefully follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the safety and well-being of each child in your classroom.
• Accurately observe, assess, and plan for children's needs, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Engage in extensive training to deepen understanding of child care, preschool, and developmental topics.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences using our proprietary curriculum.

Requirements

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• The ability to meet state and center requirements for education and qualifications.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and interact with children in various settings.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Energetic and dependable personality.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Patience and empathy towards children.
