Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Mentor and care for preschool children, promoting their social, physical, and intellectual development.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with state and center standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to enhance child achievement and support center success.

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Meet state and childcare center requirements for education and qualifications.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.

Pay

Bi-weekly and daily pay options available. Lead Teacher salary range: $15.73 - $16.34 per hour.

Schedule

A Monday through Friday work week is standard.
