As a Lead Teacher, you’ll inspire children to become lifelong learners while mentoring fellow teachers.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Pay

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Lead Teacher pay range: $17.53–$18.21 per hour. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
