About the role

This position involves caring for children and ensuring their safety and well-being within a licensed daycare setting. The primary responsibilities include following licensing guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, engaging children through activities, and communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Requirements

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Knowledge of child development and safety practices.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options - Assistant Teacher: $21.44-$22.28.

Schedule

Monday through Friday work week.
