About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, dependable individuals, with a passion for working with children, who have:

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Requirements

• Likely need a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Likely need a valid Texas Child Protective Services (CPS) fingerprint card.
• Likely need a valid CPR certification.
• Likely need a valid First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Ability to maintain a fun, interactive classroom environment.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families.

Pay

• Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options- Assistant Teacher- $12.73-$13.23

Schedule

• Monday through Friday work week.
