Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Requirements

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid Washington State Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or equivalent.

Skills

• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options - Assistant Teacher- $18.09-$18.79
