Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children’s development and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Qualifications

• Energetic, dependable individual with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation

• Assistant Teacher: $17.64‑$18.33 per hour, with bi‑weekly and daily pay options.
