Day Warehouse Associate - Full Time (Tues-Fri 5am-3:30pm)

Starting pay is $17.10 per hour with shift differential, equipment premiums, and a 60-day increase, plus an annual bonus and benefits, including employee and dependent medical, dental, and vision coverage. About the role

Reporting to a Shift Supervisor, you will work in a variety of warehousing functions. Positions may include shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, order preparation, processing returns/repair, product transport, and basic inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Performing labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments.
• Operating technology including radio frequency scanners and computers.
• Loading and unloading product from trucks or containers.
• Breaking down and separating incoming shipments.
• Moving products to storage areas with proper equipment and stacking and storing merchandise.
• Picking orders for shipment and assembling merchandise to be shipped.
• Counting and verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
• Following LS&CO. policies and procedures, including all safety rules, requirements, and facility housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of previous warehouse experience.
• Experience operating (RF) handheld scanners.
• Number recognition and correlation skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move 50 lbs, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Mobility necessary to work all levels of the building.
• Ability to stand 90% of the working shift if required by job responsibilities.

Schedule

Day Shift: Tuesday – Friday from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
