We are seeking a Membership Format (gym, tanning, waxing, spa, apartment leasing) sales professional with tenacity and the ability to take initiative, self-manage, and be highly driven by achieving goals. Looking for a diamond to add to our team—a true professional who consistently maintains a professional presence with members, guests, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales
• Approach clients outside the retreat with live sales calls, social media, website optimization, and direct digital marketing
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy
• Educate prospects confidently and effectively about services and products
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests

Qualifications

• Three years' plus demonstrated excellence in membership sales
• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities
• Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service
• Proficient with broadcast email and SMS platforms
• Proficient with all social media platforms
• Experience with DM conversations
• Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts
• Thrives in collaborative team settings

Schedule

Full-time position. Days, nights, and weekends/Sundays required. Open availability required.
