As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure efficient warehouse operations by processing merchandise following departmental and ELG standards. You will receive training in a specific department and be cross‑trained to work across multiple areas. This position is based in the warehouse and reports directly to the shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Work across multiple warehouse responsibilities, including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, Returns, Shipping, and Packing, based on operational needs.
• Ensure all merchandise handling and processing meets ELG standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Follow all operational and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Be available for overtime during peak business periods.

Requirements

• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• English proficiency to complete safety and on‑the‑job training and to meet compliance requirements.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.00. Salary range: $18.27 – $20.19 (varies by geographic location, experience, and other job‑related factors).

Schedule

Overtime required during peak business periods.
