Day Shift Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - No Mandating!

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, enabling residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
• Administer daily medications.
• Foster meaningful relationships, creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents.
• Partner with the care team to monitor residents’ physical and emotional health, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.
• Offer kindness, patience, and understanding, bringing comfort to residents and their families during every interaction.
• Create moments of joy through engaging in activities that bring laughter, purpose, and a sense of belonging to those in your care.
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform homemaking duties such as cleaning resident rooms and providing laundry services.

Requirements

No previous caregiving experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training for all new team members.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $20/hour based on experience, includes shift differential.
