Day Services Caregiver

Direct Support Professionals Responsibilities

• Work with individuals in a workplace/training setting and in the community.
• Create opportunities for individuals to increase their quality of life.

Position Qualifications

• Work between the hours of 7am-4:30pm Monday through Friday and closed all major holidays.
• Pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Willing to drive a company vehicle to transport individuals.
• Must be an approved company driver.
• Must be at least 21 years or older with:
• No moving violations and/or accidents if 21 years old.
• No more than 2 moving violations or accidents in a 3-year period if 22 years old or older.
• A valid drivers license in the state of Utah or a current driving record.
• Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
• Able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames.
• Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations.
• Have a positive attitude.
