Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Human Service field preferred
- Must know how to determine the needs of individuals served and develop programs that will meet those needs
- Ability to calculate wages to assist individuals served
- Prior work in a non-profit atmosphere and experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are preferred
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Occasionally exposed to viruses and infectious conditions
