We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing daytime support to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout business hours. This is a recurring, daytime service opportunity ideal for contractors who value consistent schedules, stable income, and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience providing day porter or daytime janitorial services (required)
- Ability to staff reliable personnel for consistent daytime coverage
- Strong communication and professionalism (client-facing role)
- Reliable transportation
- General liability insurance (required)
- Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable)
- PREFERRED: Experience in office, medical, or institutional environments
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness

What You Will Be Doing
Maintaining cleanliness of high-traffic areas (lobbies, entrances, hallways)
Restroom checks, cleaning, and restocking throughout the day
Trash removal and liner replacement
Light cleaning and touchpoint disinfection
Spill response and basic safety upkeep
Monitoring facility conditions and reporting issues
Supporting client requests in real time (within scope)
