About the role

Responsibilities

• Ensure consumable products like paper, soap, and feminine care products are in good stock during the shift.
• Policing, cleaning of glass and soiled toilets, overloaded trash removal, spills, and other requested needs from the customer.
• Affix assistance to the Lead Floor Care Specialist and Project Manager as needed.
• Assist the Stock Clerk and/or Shipping and Receiving Clerk with items unsafe for one person to handle.
• Maintain building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and maintaining/monitoring restrooms.
• Remove trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; collecting recycling materials.
• Office and common area vacuuming.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of custodial experience is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

• Aid the PM and Lead Floor Care Specialist as needed.
• Aid the Stock Clerk as needed.
• Aid the Shipping and Receiving Clerk as needed.
