We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: there is "Who we are:" and "Your daily impact:" maybe combine as About the role. Should we include? The posting includes description of company and role impact. So we can have About the role section with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: there is a list under "Your daily impact:" and then "The job responsibilities below outline the core duties..." then bullet list under Safety & Inspection etc. Those are responsibilities. So we can create Responsibilities section with
  • items. - Requirements: there is "Minimum Job Requirements:" with subpoints: Education, Experience, License, Age, Compliance. Those are requirements. So Requirements section. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? The posting also has "Skills & Competencies:" which could be Skills section. Also "Physical Requirements:" could be part of Requirements or separate? The instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Skills & Competencies, so Skills section. - Benefits: there is "Benefits & Wellness at SCA:" with list of benefits. So Benefits section. - Pay: there is "COMPENSATION: $19- $20 / Hour - Eligible for First Pay Increase at 6 Months". So Pay section. - Schedule: there is "HOURS: 1st". Not specific but indicates shift? It says "HOURS: 1st". Likely first shift. Could be considered schedule. It's specific enough? It says "HOURS: 1st". That's a schedule detail. We'll include Schedule section with that. - Also location: "LOCATION: San Marcos, CA". Could be included in About the role or maybe a short paragraph. Not a heading. - Travel: "TRAVEL: Minimal (1-10%)". Could be included in About the role or Responsibilities? Probably not needed as separate section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. At end there is EEO statement, data protection, at-will employer, drug-free workplace. Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is the nation’s leading street sweeping company, operating in over 20 states and supporting more than 600 municipalities, counties, and government agencies. With over six million miles serviced annually, SCA is uniquely focused on the delivery of high-performance street sweeping, jet-vac, and environmental services. SCA has built its entire organization, its people, processes, technology, and investments around providing uninterrupted, accountable, and results-driven services tailored to the needs of our clients. Our mission is to provide essential sweeping and environmental services that support cleaner, safer, and more sustainable communities.

As our next Parking Lot Porter, you'll play a vital role in keeping commercial properties clean, safe, and welcoming. In this role, you'll drive a company pickup truck to service assigned shopping centers and parking lots, empty trash receptacles, collect litter and debris, and help maintain clean, well-kept outdoor areas that enhance the appearance and safety of each property. Location: San Marcos, CA. Hours: 1st shift. Travel: Minimal (1-10%).

But we already have Schedule section separate; maybe we shouldn't duplicate hours in About. However we need to preserve all info; we can include location and travel in About, but hours maybe better in Schedule section. We'll keep hours in Schedule. Thus About the role: include who we are and your daily impact, location, travel. Responsibilities: list items from Safety & Inspection etc. We'll need to capture each bullet. Let's extract responsibilities list: - Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment in accordance with company standards. Ensure all safety features are operational before beginning route. - Review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure. Be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear. Complete assigned jobs within the allotted timeframe while maintaining expected quality and attention to detail. - Operate equipment safely and efficiently at all times, following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols. Exercise additional caution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions. - Handle materials safely and securely; Apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites. - Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soon as safely possible. Immediately escalate opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management. - Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company on job sites or in public areas. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed. - Accurately complete required logs, manifests, and forms. - Respond appropriately to changes and challenges; identify and solve issues timely. - Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences. This includes being present and prepared to work throughout assigned shifts, and reliably adhering to start times, breaks, and end times. We'll make each as
  • . Requirements: Minimum Job Requirements: - Education: None - Ability to Read - Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred - License: Driver’s License - Age: Must be at least 18 years of age - Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law. We'll list each as
  • . Skills: Skills & Competencies: - Safety & Compliance Focus: Ability to follow safety procedures, conduct inspections, operate equipment responsibly, and comply with all traffic, site, and regulatory requirements. - Operational Execution & Reliability: Strong ability to plan routes, complete work efficiently and accurately, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain consistent, dependable attendance. - Communication & Issue Reporting: Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and promptly report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns. We could also include Physical Requirements? But that is more like Requirements? However we have a separate Physical Requirements section under "Physical Requirements:" but not a heading we must use. Could include under Requirements or maybe under Skills? The instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. Since we already have Requirements, we could add physical demands there. But we have a separate "Physical Requirements:" heading in the posting. We could treat that as part of Requirements (maybe as a sub-section). However we must not create extra headings beyond those listed unless content exists. The posting has Physical Requirements with subpoints: Work Environment & Exposure, Physical Demands, Cognitive & Sensory Requirements, Equipment & Tools, Safety & Protective Gear. That's substantive. We could include them under Requirements as list items, or we could create a Qualifications section for them. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could have Qualifications section for physical requirements etc. But we already have Requirements for minimum job qualifications. Qualifications could be for preferred qualifications? The posting doesn't have separate "Qualifications" besides Minimum Job Requirements. However we have "Skills & Competencies" which is Skills. So we could put Physical Requirements under Qualifications. But we need to decide. We have: Minimum Job Requirements (education, experience, license, age, compliance). Then Skills & Competencies. Then Physical Requirements (work environment, physical demands, cognitive & sensory, equipment & tools, safety gear). Then Safety culture paragraph. Thus we could have: - Requirements (minimum job qualifications) - Qualifications (physical requirements) - Skills (skills & competencies) But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Physical Requirements into Requirements or Skills. However they are distinct: physical demands are not skills but requirements. I'd include them under Requirements as additional list items. Thus Requirements section will include education, experience, license, age, compliance, plus physical demands etc. But we must not lose any detail. We'll include all. Let's list physical requirements items: Work Environment & Exposure: Constant work outdoors with regular exposure to weather, elements, and traffic; occasional exposure to loud noise, dust/debris, and jarring conditions; limited exposure to chemicals. Physical Demands: Frequent sitting and walking/standing; occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling; limited stair climbing and crawling; ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs at varying heights, including overhead. Cognitive & Sensory Requirements: Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, and hand-eye coordination throughout the workday. Equipment & Tools: Operation of specialized equipment and use of hand controls, foot controls, and fine motor skills. Safety & Protective Gear: Required use of appropriate PPE, including high-visibility apparel, eye, ear, hand, foot, head, lung, and skin protection. We'll make each as
  • . Now Benefits section: list items from Benefits & Wellness at SCA: - 401(k) with Match: Plan for the long haul—retirement is another kind of clean sweep. - Weekly Pay: Consistent weekly pay you can count on, plus on-demand pay so you can access earned wages when you need them. - Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance: Take care of what matters most with benefits designed to support you and your family’s wellbeing and future. - Short- & Long-Term Disability: If life throws a pothole your way, we help you keep rolling. - Indemnity Insurance: Extra protection for life’s unexpected detours. - Paid Time Off & Holidays: Even the best machines need downtime. - Training Programs: Shift into high gear with learning and career advancement opportunities. - Team Focus: We show up for our customers and each other, every day. - A Culture that Cares: People are the heart of everything we do, fostering a culture of respect, safety, and growth - Rooted in Respect: A company with a name people know & trust - built on relationships, community pride and a people focused approach to leadership. We'll include each as
  • . Pay section: Compensation: $19- $20 / Hour - Eligible for First Pay Increase at 6 Months. We'll put as

. Schedule section: HOURS: 1st. Could phrase as "Shift: 1st (first) shift". We'll output as

    Shift: 1st (first) shift.

Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate: Remove EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, data protection, at-will employer, drug-free workplace, military friendly statement? The military friendly statement is substantive? It says "SCA is a military friendly employer and is happy to have those who have served our country on the team. We encourage veteran, military spouses and family members to apply and thank them for their service!" This is maybe considered boilerplate but it's a statement about hiring veterans. Could be considered EEO/equal-opportunity? It's not exactly EEO but it's a statement encouraging veterans. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is a veteran encouragement; might be considered EEO-related? It's not exactly EEO but it's a statement about protected class. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. This is about veterans, which is a protected class under VEVRAA. Might be considered EEO. I'd remove it to be safe.
