Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one‑on‑one nursing care to children with medical complexities.
• Participate in specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care.
• Receive 24/7 support from the dedicated team.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Willingness to learn and grow in pediatric home care.
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay

• Base hourly range: $25.00–$31.00 for LPN; $35.00–$41.00 for RN (based on license, experience, qualifications)
• Night & weekend bonuses:
  • Weekday nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
  • Weekend nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
  • Weekend days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Schedule

• Location: Lakeville, MN (55044)
• Possible shifts:
  • Fridays: 12‑hour day shift
  • Overnights: Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 12‑hour shifts (two per week, flexible on nights)
  • Saturdays: 16‑hour day shift
  • Sundays: 12‑hour day shift
