Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one in‑home nursing care for children with complex medical needs.
• Manage ventilator, tracheostomy (trach), and gastrostomy tube (g‑tube) care.
• Develop real connections with clients and families, monitor progress, and support the child’s ability to live at home, attend school, and build memories.
• Receive 24/7 support from a dedicated team and specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills (vent, trach, g‑tube).
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented, and able to work occasional night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN credential.
• Ability to complete hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care provided by the employer.
• Reliable and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
