Day Line Worker

About the role

As a Day Shift Line Worker at The Ziegenfelder Company, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring our frozen novelties meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are committed to maintaining excellence in every task.

Responsibilities

• Place sealed individual units into packaging and ensure proper sealing
• Repackage products that are improperly sealed or coded
• Dispose of scrap products and raw materials appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with all federal, state, local, and company environmental, health, and safety policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in food service or production preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

Stand for up to 8 hours per shift; regularly move and lift items up to 50 lbs.; perform bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping motions; work safely around manufacturing equipment with good spatial awareness.

Working Conditions

Exposure to noise levels above 85 decibels (hearing protection provided).

Pay

$17.00/hour

Schedule

40 hours per week with consecutive set days off
