About the Role

Pediatric Home Service RNs and LPNs deliver personalized, 1:1 care that allows children with medical complexities to grow and thrive in the comfort of home. Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to children with complex medical needs.
• Attend school with clients when required (school day shifts).
• Perform ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tube (g‑tube) care.
• Monitor and support clients during evening and weekend shifts as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Willingness to learn specialized pediatric skills (vent, trach, g‑tube).
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, heart‑driven attitude and teamwork orientation.

Schedule

Multiple shift options are available in Beatrice, NE (68310):

• School day shifts: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday (includes accompanying a 3‑year‑old with g‑tube to school).
• Evening shifts: 2:00 pm – 12:00 am, Monday‑Friday (caring for a 2‑year‑old with vent, trach, and g‑tube).
• Weekend shifts: Every third weekend of the month (daytime) for a 5‑year‑old with g‑tube.
