Day Cleaner

Location: Gahanna, OH 43230
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12p-6p

About the role

As a General Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We're looking for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and work areas.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Refill restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supply carts clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable with a strong attendance record.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
