Day Caregiver for Sundays

About the role

HIRING IMMEDIATELY! 10am - 6pm ongoing on Sundays in Everett. Must be a compassionate caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Absist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Absist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Requirements

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and fingerprint check
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory)
• Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

Qualifications

Generally expected hours: 12 – 20 per week but could go as high as 40 per week

Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $23 per hour for HCA and CNA caregivers
