Radiology Associates of South Florida (RASF) has an opening for a Women’s Imaging Fellowship-Trained Radiologist or General Radiologist who is MQSA certified, to join our team-oriented practice dedicated to providing a full range of high-quality imaging and professional radiology services in Boynton Beach, FL. As part of a dynamic, multi-specialty practice, you will work alongside a team of exceptional professionals, providing high-quality imaging services to Baptist Health South Florida, one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. This partnership allows you to be an integral part of a team that delivers exceptional patient care across multiple facilities, including Baptist Health System’s hospitals and outpatient imaging centers.

Our imaging team has expertise in all aspects of Breast Imaging, including 3D mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and all image-guided minimally invasive breast procedures. You will play a vital role in contributing to the outstanding care provided by Baptist Health South Florida, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of imaging services with cutting-edge technology. Enjoy state-of-the-art equipment at all facilities and be part of a collaborative practice model with support from subspecialized radiologists.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality breast imaging services, including 3D mammography, breast MRI, ultrasound, and image-guided minimally invasive procedures.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-specialty radiology team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Utilize advanced technology and a single PACS system for efficient workflow.
• Participate in a team environment with dedicated 24/7 call center support and 3D Lab access.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy (MD/DO).
• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
• Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in Breast Radiology.
• MQSA certification required.
• Medical license or ability to obtain a medical license in the State of Florida.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $350,000 - $600,000 (total compensation package inclusive of shifts worked, productivity, and moonlighting). Final determinations may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
