Rate of Pay: $19/hr cabi Outlet is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store team, drive sales, and create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who enjoys coaching others, building customer relationships, and contributing to a positive and engaging store culture. What You'll Do As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and achieve store goals. You'll be a hands-on leader who inspires excellence, fosters customer loyalty, and helps bring the cabi brand to life. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling, client engagement, and relationship-buildingSupport sales growth by helping achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and key metricsAssist in developing and executing action plans that drive store performance and profitabilityBuild lasting customer relationships through active clienteling and outreach initiativesSupport local marketing efforts and community engagement opportunitiesHelp recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team membersFoster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environmentEnsure visual merchandising and store presentation align with cabi brand standardsMaintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor while supporting customers and team membersAssist with inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and operational proceduresSupport cash handling, store records, banking procedures, and overall operational complianceMaintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellenceServe as Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership support to the team What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail supervisor, or similar leadership rolePassion for fashion, customer service, and team developmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employeesExperience analyzing sales performance and key business metricsProficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesDependable, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Qualifications Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience2–3 years of retail leadership experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as neededComfortable using ladders or step stoolsAbility to work in a retail environment with varying customer traffic and activity levels Joining Cabi means more than stepping into a role, it’s stepping into a mission.
