About the Role

We are seeking certified flight instructors (CFIs, CFIIs, MEIs) and private pilot instructors to provide ground and flight instruction for students pursuing private pilot licenses (PPL), instrument ratings (IR), commercial pilot licenses (CPL), multi-engine ratings, tailwheel endorsements, high-performance aircraft training, complex aircraft training, and mountain flying.   • Provide one-on-one flight instruction for private, instrument, and commercial pilot training.
  • Conduct ground school courses and ground instruction for checkride preparation.
  • Teach instrument rating (IR) and multi-engine (MEI) courses.
  • Offer specialized training, including tailwheel, high-performance, complex, and mountain flying.
  • Perform flight reviews (BFR) and instrument proficiency checks (IPC).
  • Prepare students for FAA checkrides and written exams.
  • Develop personalized training plans tailored to student goals and proficiency levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and endorsements.

Requirements

  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate, with additional CFII and/or MEI preferred.
  • Private Pilot License (PPL) or higher (Commercial Pilot License preferred for advanced instruction).
  • Experience instructing in single-engine, multi-engine, and/or instrument conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aeronautical decision-making, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to teach ground school topics, including aerodynamics, weather, navigation, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse students.
  • Gold Seal CFI designation is a plus (where specified).
