Davenport Donor Scheduler
About the Role
Join the ImpactLife team as a Donor Scheduler and help us change the world by calling prospective blood donors to schedule life-saving blood donation appointments. This PRN position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with potential donors over the telephone.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM (4 days) and Sunday, 3.5 hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, totaling 19.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Telephone prospective donors from established call lists/files.
- Schedule donation appointments and maintain accurate donor records.
- Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with donors.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Comfortable using a computer terminal and working with several computer programs.
- Friendly and reliable with strong written and verbal skills.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
