Dauphin County(Upper Dauphin Area) Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License (up to 5K sign on bonus)

About the role

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $105,000 per year based on experience and billable hours. Applicants will receive a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BHTs in accordance with IBHS standards
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Deliver services across home, school, center, and community settings
• Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in IBHS-required meetings and care coordination

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Pennsylvania
• Mets IBHS Behavior Specialist requirements
• Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with functional analysis, PFA/SBT, or skills-based treatment
• Background in trauma-informed or assent-based care
• Experience in home, school, and/or clinic settings
