About the role

This role requires an individual with extensive experience in software and solution architecture, specifically in areas like AI/ML or GenAI. The candidate should have hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and vector search technologies such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, and Elastic Search. Proficiency in Python, particularly with frameworks like FastAPI and LangChain, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and managing Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).

Responsibilities

  • Present complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
  • Optimize and deploy machine learning models on cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML projects.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback on model performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new strategies to enhance AI/ML capabilities.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse partners and stakeholders from various business lines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to navigate and leverage enterprise data assets across different functions.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Highly motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and execute plans without constant supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Skills

  • Expertise in Python, FastAPI, and LangChain.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector search technologies.
  • Proficient in GPU optimization and cloud-native deployment.
  • Experience with MLOps and deployment strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay

$120,000 - 140,000 annually.
