Job Title: Data Center Technician Location: Palo Alto, California Duration: Full Time Role Pay Rate: $35-$45/Hr About The Opportunity Our firm is searching for Data Center Operations Technician / SiteOps professionals in Palo Alto. This hands-on role supports the reliability and day-to-day operation of an active data center. You will troubleshoot and repair hardware, support equipment deployments, maintain accurate asset records, and respond to incidents in a mission-critical environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure supportHands-on experience with server deployments, hardware troubleshooting, break/fix work, cabling, rack-and-stack, and decommissioningExperience maintaining operational documentation, including SOPs, MOPs, rack elevations, asset records, and troubleshooting guidesStrong understanding of server hardware, Linux/Windows fundamentals, power, cooling, and network infrastructureExperience with inventory management, audits, ticketing systems, and change managementAbility to troubleshoot issues independently and document findings clearlyStrong attention to detail and experience working in large-scale data center environmentsScripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, APIs, Jira, or similar tools Title Location: Duration SUMMARY: RESPONSIBILITIES;
