Databricks Senior Manager | Databricks Gold Partner
About the role
We're looking for a Databricks Senior Manager to join our growing US team. As a Senior Manager within the Data Engineering capability, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based data and ML platforms for clients across industries. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll run the day-to-day delivery of squads, work directly with client stakeholders and Databricks' own Professional Services teams, and mentor the engineers around you, while remaining deeply involved in technical decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based data and ML platforms for enterprise clients.
- Work directly with clients, internal stakeholders, and Databricks Professional Services teams.
- Provide technical leadership across delivery squads, setting the standard for engineering excellence.
- Translate business challenges into robust, production-grade technical solutions.
- Mentor, line-manage, and develop engineers across the wider Databricks capability.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical best practice within our Databricks Centre of Excellence.
- Help grow Kubrick's Databricks capability across clients and industries in the US market.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering solutions on Databricks.
- Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Experience leading technical delivery teams within enterprise environments.
- The ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practice.
- A mindset focused on quality, impact, and continuous improvement.
