As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we seek an Alliance Relationship Partner Program Associate Director (ARD) to work with Databricks, managing the Databricks partner programs—including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance partner program oversight, contracts and compliance management, and performance intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams globally and across multiple EY service lines and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Databricks alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Databricks-level programs and deploy them globally, driving local activation and compliance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting and metrics to measure individual alliance partner impact and influence.
• Activate new countries and super regions globally, ensuring proper approvals and governance for new programs (e.g., supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and enabling alliance contracts).
• Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network through content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.

This role is based in the UK and involves a mix of virtual work with regular global coordination. Some travel will be required.

Requirements

• Able to manage multiple activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support.
• Strong relationship-building skills and highly organized.
• Understanding of Databricks technology and the business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company.
• Proven success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills, driving actions to outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills, and a track record of delivering alliance sales and revenues.
