Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the reporting and event correlation infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and accurate real-time data.
• Design and update dynamic dashboards that visualize performance metrics, system status, and historical trends for various OCIO teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights through tailored reports.
• Integrate reporting solutions with other performance management systems, such as ServiceNow, to enhance data utility and accessibility.
• Monitor reporting services for accuracy, scalability, and flexibility, implementing improvements as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, configurations, and deliverables to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field. 7‑10 years of experience.
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Physical Requirements: No physical requirement needed for this position.
• Location: Atlanta, Georgia.

Pay

Minimum Salary Rate: $160,260.50
Median Salary Rate: $171,981.50
