About the Role
As a Data Validation Risk - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will develop and implement data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, anticipate team and client needs, and deliver quality solutions. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, deepen technical skills, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity for growth.
In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data validation solutions for clients. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas, solve problems, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Utilize data validation tools to facilitate efficient data conversions and ERP implementations.
- Develop data integration and transformation solutions to support client needs.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure to support scalable data solutions.
- Apply data lifecycle and governance skills (data lineage, traceability, data quality, reliability, and accuracy) on data and ERP implementations.
- Manage data validation processes to maintain data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manipulate large and complex data sets using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Engage in continuous learning to adapt to emerging data technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain.
- Ability to manipulate large and complex data sets using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Advanced skills in data validation and transformation processes.
- Analytical thinking to solve complex data challenges.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience related to IT Audit/SOX or Data Migration/Conversion/Integration.
- Ability to embrace change and demonstrate learning agility in dynamic environments.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
