Data Validation & Analytics Analyst (Remote)

Job Title: Data Validation & Analytics Expert Pay Rate: $48-$52/hr W2 Duration: 1 Year Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Work Arrangement: 100% Remote Job Description Support ERP transformation initiatives by validating data transfers for Req to Pay (RTP) processes during ERP deployments. Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and migration risks. Develop dashboards, visualizations, exception reports, and validation tools to improve deployment readiness and reporting. Apply AI-enabled analytics and automation to identify patterns, improve data quality, and support business decision-making. Collaborate with ERP data teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable data migration across enterprise systems. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in data validation, data analysis, ERP data support, or data transformation. Hands-on experience with data migration, ERP deployment, or system implementation. Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality validation. Experience analyzing large datasets to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, data gaps, and transfer risks. Experience developing dashboards, analytical reports, exception reporting, and data validation tools. Understanding of Req to Pay (RTP) processes and associated business data. Experience with data collection methods, trend analysis, and data quality improvement. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms. Experience with RTP data migration, validation, and deployment readiness. Knowledge of enterprise data quality frameworks and statistical analysis techniques. Experience with Databricks, AI-enabled analytics, or automation for data analysis. Experience supporting global ERP transformation programs.
