Required Skills/Experience
- Business requirements management
- Understanding of database design
- Ability to make sense of complex data relationships and create meaningful reports/analysis from them
- Proficiency with SQL and the ability to profile, query, and validate data across relational databases
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated - able to complete work in a timely manner and work on multiple tasks at one time with competing deadlines
- 3+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data quality, or a related data-focused role
- Understanding of data privacy and protection principles
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Data modeling experience
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata and/or Oracle databases
- Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau, SAS, Power BI or Excel Power Query
- Meeting facilitation
- Project coordination
- Vendor relations management
