Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global GTM strategy for Data Engineering & Management, aligning with TP.ai’s growth objectives.
  • Shape market positioning and value propositions for DE&M services across cloud platforms, pipelines, governance, and managed operations.
  • Identify emerging client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to evolve TP.ai’s offerings.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to design compelling solutions and proposals for Fortune 100 clients.
  • Lead executive client engagements, articulating how TP.ai DE&M solutions deliver measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the development of playbooks, case studies, and accelerators to enable sales teams and strengthen client pitches.
  • Own pipeline growth and revenue targets for the DE&M business unit.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Finance teams to define commercial models (consumption-based, subscription, managed services).
  • Support RFPs and deal structuring with solution, pricing, and differentiation inputs.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure GTM strategies are technically robust and operationally scalable.
  • Provide feedback loops from clients to product and delivery teams, ensuring offerings remain market-relevant and competitive.
