About the Role

As a Senior Manager in Data Science for Consumer Markets, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. You will apply your skills and influence to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems while fostering diverse and inclusive environments.

In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback, demonstrating composure through ambiguous and challenging situations. Your commitment to excellence and ability to initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels will be key to resolving issues hindering team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to leverage data and analytics for informed decision-making
  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to drive insights and support clients in achieving their strategic goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges
  • Implement business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance insights generation
  • Direct teams through complex data analysis and interpretation to solve challenging problems
  • Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
  • Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to improve processes
  • Promote continuous process improvement and embrace change within teams
  • Coach and motivate teams to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive environments
  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels to foster growth and development

Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 6 years of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
