About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support strategic business decisions by partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data relationships and develop core data science models. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating actionable insights, building scalable data pipelines, and delivering decision-ready outputs that seamlessly integrate into real-world workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data science techniques, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for leveraging data to solve challenging business problems. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data science, applied analytics, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
• Proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R for data preparation, modeling, and pipeline development
• Working knowledge of common modeling techniques including regression, classification, decision trees, clustering, and causal inference
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex methodology and insights clearly and effectively
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Extract, shape, and validate data using SQL and other frameworks to create analytically-ready datasets and support measurement and decision-making processes
• Develop, enhance, and maintain data science models and pipelines for training and deployment within shared codebases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights, monitor model performance, and validate outputs
• Document processes, methodologies, and code to ensure reproducibility and maintainability
• Support ongoing model measurement, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into data science projects
